Taro Aso, he was the prime minister in Japan from September 2008 to September 2009. This movie is his speech in UN. Headsets for translation did not work at that time.
So Mr. Aso spoke in Japanese but audience did not understand what he said. At 3’30” on this movie, he noticed that problem and asked to speech again from the very beginning. He said ‘It (the headset) does not Japanese machine I guess, don’t you?’
