elmgreen & dragset transform V&A into an opulent apartment

Contemporary artists Michael Elmgreen and Ingar Dragset have created a major site-specific installation in the former textile galleries of the V&A. for ‘tomorrow’, the duo have totally transformed every facet of the exhibition space into an opulent domestic setting — a london apartment complete with a full kitchen, dining and living rooms, bedrooms, and a study.

This news is taken from Designboom. Very beautiful pictures are there. I strongly recommend to visit the link.

1 October 2013 – 2 January 2014. The V&A has commissioned leading contemporary artists Michael Elmgreen and Ingar Dragset to create a major site-specific installation in the former Textile Galleries. This ambitious exhibition will comprise a stage set for an unrealised drama to create an unexpected encounter for the museum visitor.
