The MT580, a cult favourite sneaker that was born from Tokyo street culture, has now been remixed with lightweight REVlite sole technology to bring things up to date for 2013. Mita Sneakers was one of the original collaborators that helped the 580 achieve iconic sneaker status, so here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how they’re preparing for the launch of the new MRT580.

The kicks will be launching from tomorrow onwards at New Balance Concept Stores and select boutiques across Southeast Asia, also for the first time the 580 will finally be available in female sizes.
